About Me
As the fifth of six children, I developed an early sensitivity to
family dynamics — a foundation that continues to shape my work today.
For over 15 years, I have supported parents, families, and individuals
in navigating challenging life situations and regaining clarity and
direction. I combine professional expertise with lived experience,
creating a space where practical, sustainable solutions can emerge.
I believe every family already holds the resources it needs — sometimes
it simply takes a new perspective to make them visible.
