Parenting Counseling
As a parenting counselor, I support families with questions, uncertainty, and conflicts that arise in everyday life with children. There are no one-size-fits-all answers; the aim is to find approaches that fit your family and your daily life.
I help you better understand your child's behavior and needs, look at difficult situations from a new perspective, and make practical changes that can improve everyday family life.
Not every difficult phase needs a quick solution. Often it helps first to look more closely: What may be behind a certain behavior? What does your child need, and what do you need as a parent?

Parental Counseling Prior to Divorce by Mutual Consent
When a divorce is certain, it changes more than the lives of the adults involved. For children, their parents' separation is also a significant turning point. In this mandatory one-time counseling session, we discuss how you can support your child or children during this time, recognize their needs, and respond appropriately.
The contents of the counseling sessions are strictly confidential and will not be shared with the court.
- check Parental counseling prior to divorce by mutual consent (§95 AußStrG) is mandatory. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation certificate for submission to the court.
Counseling in Custody Proceedings
In court proceedings concerning custody or child welfare, the court may order parental counseling if parents struggle to reach or maintain agreements or to recognize and respond to their child's needs.
The contents of the counseling sessions are strictly confidential and will not be shared with the court.

Systemic Coaching
Systemic coaching can be helpful when you are facing a change, feel stuck in a crisis, or cannot find a way forward with a problem. We look not only at the immediate situation, but also at the relationships, patterns, and circumstances that may be influencing it. This can help you make better use of your own strengths, see new options, and communicate more clearly in difficult situations.

Couples & Marriage Counseling

When closeness has faded, different ideas about your life together create tension, or conversations keep ending in blame, an outside perspective can help. In couples counseling, both partners have room to explain how they see the situation. Together, we look at what has become stuck between you and what you would like to change.
Child Coaching

EpictetusChildren often carry more than adults can see during periods such as their parents' separation or divorce. In coaching, they can express feelings, fears, and wishes without being judged. This can be a relief and help them find their own way of understanding the situation.
Sometimes a question comes up between appointments that cannot wait until the next in-person session. The counseling hotline is available for parents who are already working with me.
